The Lovina’s Release a New Single: “Growing Pains”

The Lovina’s new song “Growing Pains” has that punk mixed with indie singer songwriter sound that reminds me mostly of Paul Westerberg or some Bob Mould. The lyrics paint a picture of a complex and tumultuous relationship, capturing a range of emotions from frustration and regret to indifference and intimacy. The lines "I hold you up against my thighs, And then I kiss your lips and say goodnight, Your drunk again and you don’t remember" evoke a sense of intimacy and tension with a contrast between the physical closeness and a lack of emotional connection or awareness.
