Poland’s Abort! Deport Releases New Song: “Twist Pack”

From the opening vocals of this Abort! Deport’s new song, “Twist Pack”, I immediately thought of Fat Mike and early NOFX. This is some rad ass 90’s style skate punk with a bit more rawness that helps set it apart. From the gnarly bass intro throughout the song, the band doesn’t shy away from putting the hardcore into this hardcore punk song. Clocking in a just under two minutes, the song ends with a sick guitar lead that leaves you wanting more. If you’re a fan of NOFX, Face To Face, Pennywise, The Vandals, then this shit is for you!

It’s hard to pinpoint the exact message of the song, but I’d say it there is a mixture of disillusionment, defiance, and self-awareness in it as they seem to grapple with feelings of isolation, resentment towards societal norms, and a sense of powerlessness in the face of injustice or oppression. You know. Angry punk shit.

Check them out on their Bandcamp and buy their shit:

If you dig this, I’d recommend checking out the preorder for our split with Middle-Aged Queers and Raging Nathans!

Crawling out of the primordial ooze of punk past, Middle-Aged Queers are a quartet of Jurassic Punx barreling down Interstate 580 on a mission to save Rock and Roll with broken limbs and gear held together with duct tape and The Raging Nathans were voted #2 punk band in Dayton, OH by some website. But they didn't take our winning personalities and striking good looks into account.
