Roadie Metal Reviews DCxPC Live Vol. 23 The Phensic

DCxPC Live Vol. 23 “THE PHENSIC” expanding the colors and energies of the environment

Amanda Chagas

The DCxPC Live project , presents its Vol. 23 , with the striking vibe of the band The Phensic , named after the Jamaican slang for aspirin, composed of Roger Apollon Jr, Marc Wasserman, Robert Julian, Greg Behan, Megg Howe, Honeychild Coleman and Pamela Anderson.

This show is divided into two parts, “The Phensic Live Side A” and “The Phensic Live Side B,” breaking the patterns of propulsive metal, punk, and their tributaries that we usually hear in DCxPC Live releases , but maintaining the power and quality of good works.

The instrumentation is presented in varied colors, using traditional vibrations and delicious injections of tones in organ, piano, and other flavors, which highlight and transform the rhythmic oscillations, as if proposing a colorful and fun game of sensations.

Rock, reggae, and other nuances embellish this presentation, inviting us to taste delicious intonations and verses, thus dispelling the restlessness that may be enveloping our minds.
Surprising the senses, the atmosphere transforms into an exciting outdoor performance, designed to stand out in a moonlight or festival, because the sensation we must make the most of this ska music that only excites the perceptions.

The lyrics present a serene rhythm, harmonized with natural vibrations and desires for celebrations, while producing massive doses of reflection and distinct and well-formulated findings.

The guitar riffs are tasty, fun and exciting, growing in the senses to show that the sound power of this band never stops expanding, ensuring a deep connection with the distracted minds that press play and can no longer turn off the sound.

For us Brazilians, the melody follows familiar lines of reggae and its tributaries, enriching itself with a natural and instinctive aura in vivid and relaxing tones, without presenting fundamental issues, but emanating unforgettable flavors for the sound palate.

We will find ourselves enraptured for that show, which perhaps we were unable to go to, where we shared the most enthusiastic vibes with our dear friends, because it makes no sense to listen and not share good compositions and this one will definitely change the colors of the day.
A carefree side that reflects on lazy Sunday mornings will be one of the scenarios that our mind will create to savor this work with greater intensity, thus raising the existential flame within our fragile mortal heart.

So, enjoy a more liberal side of making the mind expand, recognizing natural and probiotic characteristics that recover the inflammations of everyday life.
The Phensic Live ” a delicious expansion of rhythm and textures.
