Lucas Kurmis Releases New Single: “Back in 420 BC”

Lucas Kermis’s song “Back in 420 BC” is an homage to Jeffrey Lewis’s track “Back when I was Four” and despite the fact that they used BC instead of BCE for us non-Christians (sorry I’m a history teacher), he does a fucking great job of putting his own dope ass spin on the song. It’s all the better since in the official video, it shows he requested and got permission to do just such a thing. Overall I appreciate the spin and think it’s a dope updated version that everyone who loved the Lewis version should dig.
