Unit 47 Releases New Single: “Rock N’ Roll Band”

Not to overstate the obvious due to the song title, but this is a rad ass rock n’ roll band. The guitar riff is with the dope echo effect is rock at it’s best. The chorus is big and easy to sing along with, and I love that short but sick drum fills. This anthemic along the lines of Kiss Rock n’ Roll all night but with vocals that are little more high pitched and melodic, so it’s not quite as dirty and comes across more as a rebirth of the Rolling Stones in the modern era.

I know the band referenced Oasis, Artic Monkeys, and Gun n’ Roses. I only know that one Oasis song that was on the radio in the 1990’s when I was in high school, I couldn’t identify an Arctic Monkey song if a gun was put to my head, and I can probably sing every Guns n’ Roses song ever released, so I can’t really respond to except to say that I hear a bit of G n’ R in the song structure, especially the way the bass and drums lock in like they did with Steven Adler and Duff Mckagan on Appetite for Destruction.

If you want a to rock out with a band that inspires you to dance and clap your hands in unison while also inspiring you to sing along during the chorus then this shit is for you.
