The Fit Release New Single: “Madness Today”
This is some super danceable uptempo old school ska delivered with raspy lead vocals, super catchy backing vocals and a well orchestrated horn section! I really dig the backing shouts that sound like people just having fun vs. trying to sound all professional and shit. I have to imagine the song title is an homage to Madness, but I could be wrong. I could see getting a great reaction on the ska stage at Fest or playing Supernova Ska International Fest.
This NYC band describes themselves as a rock n’ roll band, so I’ll need to check out the rest of their stuff, even if it’s not ska, there is more than enough talent in this group for plenty of kick ass rock n’ roll songs.
