Hey everyone!
Thanks so much for playing the Thursday 10/8 show at Colony in Woodstock! It’s a killer line-up. We are stoked to see you all play!
📋 SHOW DETAILS
📍 Venue: 22 Rock City Rd, Woodstock, NY 12498 (845) 679-7625🎟️ Cover: $20 Adv. / $20 at Door
🎟️ALL AGES 🕔 Load-in:
3pm - Blood and Stomach Pills - Load in
3:30 - Blood and Stomach Pills - Soundcheck
4pm - Blair Baldwin - Load in
4:30 - Blair Baldwin - Sound check
5pm - Clover’s Curfew - Load in
5:30 - Clover’s Curfew - Sound check
→ Load through the right side of the door using the ADA ramp.
🚪 Doors: 6:00 PM 🎶 Showtime: 7:00–10:00 PM
🗓️ Set Times
7:00-7:40 - Blood and Stomach Pills
8:00 - 8:40 - Clover’s Curfew
9:00 - 9:40 - Blair Baldwin
⏱️ The show will start on time. We don’t do punk time. We pride ourselves on putting the punk in punctuality, running on time keeps the night smooth for everyone
🅿️ Parking & Load-In
Load in to the right of the building (If you’re facing it) using the side door and the ADA ramp. You can pull forward past the dumpsters and park in the lot behind there
Gear/Backline
I’ll be attaching the backline info for what Colony has.
They prefer I share my drum kit, so I’ll be bringing my Tama 4-piece kit with two boom stands, an extension arm I use for a ride cymbal and a hi-hat. Drummers still need to bring:
Cymbals
Snare
Sticks
Throne
Bass drum pedal
In addition to Colony’s backline, I can also provide two 4x12 Peavey guitar cabs and one Hartke 4x10 bass cab if anyone needs them. These are just cabs, you’d need to bring your own heads.
Merch
The venue has 2-3 tables for merch. I’ll bring an additional table in case we need it.
Food & Drinks
The venue provides for a meal*** and a drink ticket for each band member plus a green room (See info sheets)
*** The venue has recently sold off their kitchen, so I”ll need to check to see if that changes the meal deal. If the venue no longer provides a meal, I’ll be supplying the bands pizza from Catskill Mountain Pizza who have vegan and gluten free options if needed, so please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Promo
I approved the flyer with minor changes on Saturday, so once I have the final flyer, I’ll share it in this group chat along with the IG of the artist, so you can tag them.
I’ll print:
11x17 posters to hang
Handbills to pass out at shows
I’ll be posting them around Kingston, New Paltz, Woodstock, Rosendale, Saugerties, Poughkeepsie, the Catskills, etc. If local bands want copies, let me know where I can mail them or a place where I can drop them off.

Backline (DCxPC Live Support Staff)
Colony provides their own door person and sound engineer, so my support will likely be limited to one or both of my photographers:
Aaron from https://www.putoverphoto.com and Chasity from @horrorqueenphotois are DCxPC Live staff photographers. They do brilliant work, and I look forward to their photos as much as I look forward to the show.
If any other members of my backline are going to be present, I’ll make sure to have their introductions in my welcome letter that you’ll receive day of the show.
Payment
The Colony receives 40% of the door.
The remaining 60% is split between promoters and band.
10% split between DCxPC Live and Dropout Productions to cover promotion costs
20% to Clover’s Curfew who are coming from Long Island
30% split between Blair Baldwin and Blood and Stomach Pills who are local
Things I need from all bands:
Band bios
Stage plot and input list
Day of of show name and phone number
Total band and crew for hospitality
Any special equipment needs (Please make explicit even if they are on the stage plot)
Photos and videos for me to create promo on social media
