Nazghor Releases New Single: “Esoteric Bloodline”
Nazghor’s new single, “Esoteric Bloodline”, shows why they have been leaders in melodic black and death metal for over a decade. This reminds me a bit of Paradise Lost, Amorphis, Nordjevel, and Dissection in other words it is pretty fucking sick. It’s got all the technical skill you’d expect from this type of band but played with real energy and emotion and the vocals get close to the death metal growl without sounding like The Cookie Monster. The melody that surrounds it makes it catchy without hurting the aggression.
