Los Inconformes Releases New Single: “Culpa”

From the moment I hit play on Los Inconformes’s new song “Culpa” I was read to start dancing. The ska beat mixed with latin influences is irrestible. I felt like I was back teaching in Florida at one of my students’ quinceañeras which makes sense since this band is from Puerto Rico where so many of my students were from.

Judging by the title and my limited Spanish skills, the song is about taking the blame or possibly not accepting the blame for situations that you are in to which I think we can all relate.

The ska beat is fast without verging into skacore, its more like on a Pie Tasters or Toasters song and the chorus is super catchy and I dig all the horns too. Definitely going to check out more by this band.
