Sista Brytet Releases New Single: “Vi Har Det Här”

Swedish punk band, Sista Brytet, has released their first new song in five years, “Vi Har Det Här”, and it was well worth the wait. This is some rock solid pop punk with dope harmonies shooting straight into my brain. It reminds me a bit of classic British punk band, The Boys, mixed with Germany’s Die Toten Hosen.

After translating the lyrics the song seems to be about finding meaning in life's journey, even amidst challenges and impermanence. The mention of the minibus makes me connect it to being on tour with bandmates and enjoying each moment while knowing that the band like each tour is likely impermanent.
