The Ugly Cowboys Releases: “Life Sucks, Do Drugs”
Despite the fact that I didn’t have a "cheap vodka & bong rips" period during college and my general lack of drug experience, I find this to be one catchy ass fucking song. The whole “life sucks” immediately made me think of the Dead Milkmen song, “Life is Shit” and the sound reminded me of bands like Run Rabbit Run, Escape from the Zoo, etc.
Irreverent and fucking fun, I’m stoked to check out the rest of their catalog and see what else they have to bring.
If you dig the punky, folksy tunes filled with laced with humor and debauchery, this shit is for you.
