Bobby Wallisch Jr. & Acid.Prof Release New Single: “Pánta Rheî”

I’m really into Bobby Wallisch Jr. & Acid.Prof ‘s new single,“Pánta Rheî” ! This would have fit on those early 70’s punk compilations where bands were still letting go of their pub rock roots and diving head first into the punk rock. The song is most in English with at least a bit of Greek such as πάντα ῥεῖ - πάντα ῥεῖ which seems to translate into “Everything flows, and Nothing Stays” which reminds of the phrase that the only thing that is constant is change.

Besides digging the riff, I also really dig each time they sing πάντα ῥεῖ - πάντα ῥεῖ right before a verse it just hits somehow. If you’d like to see what artists from 60’s who died too soon might have done if they had gotten to experience punk, this might be it.

Give it a listen on Spotify or on my Punk Playlist
