Normally when a band references bands like Blink 182 or Jimmy Eat World, it’s usually not my taste. I’m just really picky about pop punk. But this “Do What I Want” by Tommy Magik and The Wonderfulls is pretty fucking rad. Is it the juvenile lyrics? The ska type guitar work (and I do dig some ska)? or is it accapella part at the end? Who cares. I fucking like it, and you should too—”motherfucker”.
