Lifed New Single “Contingency” is a Brutal Mix of Hardcore, Metal and Grindcore!

Hailing from Statesville, NC (Where ever the fuck that is), this band brings that thrash with blast beats but also slowed down chugga chugga and growling vocals that avoid sound like The Cookie Monster. Music made for mosh pits and circle pits for damn sure.

This is apparently a demo, but you could have fooled me. It’s solid as fuck. Definitely a band I’d drive an hour or two to see if given the chance.

FFO: Nails, Weekend Nachos, Magrudergrind, Mind Eraser and Sex Prisoner.

Check them out here on Spotify or on YouTube or on my punk or my metal playlist with other bangers.

You can also follow their Instragram and Bandcamp
