The Gluts Release New Single: “Cade Giù”

I don’t speak Italian, so I don’t know what The Gluts new song, “Cade Giù,” is about beyond Google telling me it means to “fall down”, but I don’t need to understand the lyrics to enjoy this rad ass track.

It starts with a dope bass line that just slap and then kicks in with overdriven distortion on the guitar and then ripping vocals with just enough edge to give them extra intensity. The drums lock in and keep it all together by avoiding overplaying and making sure to give the song what it needs when it needs it. It reminds me of a mix between Hüsker Dü and Death, the proto funk punk band, not the death metal band.

I’d love to see them come play Fest one year and maybe hit Orlando for Foreign Dissent.

Check the song out on Bandcamp, where you can also preorder their vinyl release from Fuzz Club Records

Check out the video too, but make sure to “play it loud”!

Also check them out on their Spotify and on my Punk Playlist

Follow them on IG and FB

Oh and as a live album record label, I always like to find some live shit too:
