RODERIK Release New Song: “Panic”

RODERIK’s new single, “Panic”, is a mix of hardcore, posthardcore, metal and screamo with a lot other shit happening here. If you mixed elements of Sleeping With Sirens, Pierce The Veil, The Used, Magnolia Park, Point North you’d get this band.

When the vocals have that clean melodic sound to them reminds me a bit of later AFI and My Chemical Romance. There breakdown reminds of of some nu metal bands like Coal Chamber.

Like I said there is a lot going on here, and it’s all wrapped in an Edgar Allan Poe inspired shroud both in the music and the imagery it evokes.
