Sociasylum Releases New Single: "Jeesus Maria!" karjatas eit

So this dope song filled with blast beats, d-beats and a killer breakdown played a breakneck speed is actually a cover a well known Estonian band that I’ve admittedly never heard of. As such I had to do a deep dive and listen to the original song by J.M.K.E. and I found two versions: original and unplugged, and while both are dope enough that I can tell why this was a popular band and why Sociasylum would want to cover this as a celebration of J.M.K.E.’s punk legend's Villu Tamme's 60th birthday, I have to say I prefer this updated cover. With that being said, I’ve added both to my punk playlist because the original is a cool punk song, but the second is a remake as a powerviolence song done so well that it’s almost a totally different but still sick as fuck song. As such I had to check out their other songs which are all fucking great. Definitely a band I’m gonna follow closely. Now I just gotta get to Estonia to see them.

Speaking of seeing them:

Check them out on Spotify, YouTube and/or on Bandcamp
